June 2nd Event: Registration opened March 1st, DEADLINE April 1st. Application approval/notification April 7th.
July 7th Event: Registration opened April 1st, DEADLINE May 1st. Application approval/notification May 12th.
August 4th Event: Registration opens April 1st, DEADLINE June 1st. Application approval/notification June 9th.

We do not accept any direct sales vendors, such as: Color Street, Mary Kay, Avon, Rodan & Fields, Scentsy, ItWorks, Hempworks, Tupperware, Usborne/PaperPie Books, Paparazzi Jewelry, Doterra, etc.
When will I know if I've been approved as a vendor? See dates listed above. These dates are following our board meeting to review all applications. We use a juried selection process for vendors and work hard to ensure we have a great lineup of diverse food options, makers, bakers, crafters, artists, farmers, and boutiques.
Once I'm approved as a vendor, how do I know where and when to setup? Our team will communicate vendor setup information VIA EMAIL at least one week prior to the event date. Including accurate contact information in your application is crucial!
Once approved as a vendor, you will receive an invoice for your booth space. If you fail to pay your vendor booth fee you forfeit your booth space. Your booth space will go to a vendor on the waitlist.
Payments/Refunds:
PAYMENTS
All invoices and payments are processed using Square on a schedule, before the event.
If your application is accepted, an email will be sent to you with an invoice to follow.
If payment is not received by the due date, your booth space is forfeited to the next vendor on the waitlist.
REFUNDS
Please see inclement weather policy below; refunds are only offered if event management cancels the event due to inclement weather.
